Description

  • Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to shape the design system strategy and design process.
  • Work with the Product Design Manager to scope project work and define implementation timelines with PMs, data, and engineers.
  • Contribute to the company’s product strategy and vision through product design work.
  • Define and scale product experiences that improve quality and accessibility across the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions and strong product experiences.
  • Inspire and mentor other product designers by setting a high standard for design quality.
  • Push the team’s execution forward and help challenge the status quo.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team and apply best practices from the market.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
  • Strong knowledge of human-computer interaction, laws of UX, and visual standards for mobile and native apps.
  • Experience working with product teams building scalable solutions.
  • Experience defining design direction for a product and process and inspiring others through it.
  • Strong understanding of how to balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to think beyond individual screens or pixels.
  • Experience making complex information, tools, and services easy to understand.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing platforms and systems.
  • Background in fintech or foodtech is a plus.
