Description

  • Own Flosum's social media strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Craft compelling narratives that position Flosum as a category leader and build brand awareness.
  • Engage at least 500 new people each month into the Flosum ecosystem through creative outreach and content.
  • Build targeted engagement plans for the top 10,000 priority accounts, creating meaningful touchpoints with practitioners and executives.
  • Lead executive thought leadership programs, including ghostwriting and amplifying high-impact content.
  • Design and launch contests, campaigns, and community activations that grow the audience and spark conversation.
  • Generate qualified pipeline from social channels in partnership with sales and demand generation teams.
  • Engage daily with users, customers, partners, and executives to maintain a human, responsive social presence.
  • Measure, report, and optimize performance against KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, account penetration, and sourced or influenced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS or technology brand.
  • Experience in DevOps, the Salesforce ecosystem, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Proven success building audiences from the ground up and driving measurable business impact beyond vanity metrics.
  • Strong creative instincts for spotting trends, writing sharp posts, and developing engaging campaign concepts.
  • Experience engaging executive audiences and translating technical topics into thought leadership content.
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline from social channels and work effectively with sales and demand generation teams.
  • Data-fluent and comfortable using analytics tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, and GA4 to guide strategy.
  • Hungry, scrappy, and ready to make a high-impact contribution at a fast-growing company.
