Description

  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Conduct functional, non-functional, sanity, and regression testing for releases and deployments.
  • Perform API testing using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and test suites.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira.
  • Create and maintain detailed test reports and testing documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Use AI/LLM tools to improve test case generation, test coverage, and testing efficiency.
  • Participate in release validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
  • Experience writing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Expertise in manual testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira for bug tracking, project management, and test management workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Cypress automation frameworks.
  • Experience in mobile automation testing using Appium.
  • Experience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for test case generation and test design.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
