Description

  • Lead the design process for new and existing products with a user-centered approach.
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure designs align with industry best practices and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Iterate designs based on testing results and user feedback to improve usability and engagement.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to a culture of design excellence.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the organization’s overall design strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product design, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and user-centered methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and user needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading design projects and mentoring team members is desirable.
  • Familiarity with front-end development tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Passion for creating outstanding user experiences and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
