Description

  • Solve complex AI problems across video understanding, text-based AI/NLP systems, and audio processing.
  • Design, experiment with, and iterate on AI models and approaches.
  • Work on ambiguous problems that do not have predefined starting points or solutions.
  • Explore multiple approaches before selecting an optimal solution.
  • Contribute to research-driven experimentation and innovation initiatives.
  • Debug and analyze model or system behavior to understand why solutions succeed or fail.
  • Build deep understanding of problems and systems rather than only delivering outputs.
  • Work across different AI problem types without becoming a bottleneck.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in AI or machine learning.
  • Experience across at least two of the following domains: video, text/NLP/LLMs, and audio.
  • Prior experience in research or experimentation-heavy environments.
  • Experience with prototyping, hypothesis testing, and iterative experimentation.
  • Ability to go beyond surface-level fixes and debug deeply at the model or system level.
  • Comfort working in uncertain, ambiguous, and open-ended problem spaces.
  • Curious, tinkering mindset with a focus on root causes and systems thinking.
  • Research papers, publications, or open-source AI contributions are preferred.
  • Experience with multi-modal models is preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs and advanced NLP, computer vision systems, or audio processing systems is preferred.
