Description

  • Develop ad concepts and creative direction for a broad set of use cases and target audiences.
  • Produce ready-to-run ad creative in static, social, and other digital formats.
  • Adapt a consistent brand across different use cases and audience segments.
  • Translate FL127’s science and product story into clear, emotionally resonant messaging and visuals.
  • Iterate quickly on creative variations to support testing and performance optimization.
  • Refine creative based on performance signals and campaign learnings.
  • Partner with the team to prioritize which use cases and concepts to launch first.
  • Own end-to-end creative work, including concepting, art direction, and hands-on production of finished assets.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of advertising or campaign creative across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Ability to shift tone and concept fluidly across very different use cases and customer types.
  • Experience with end-to-end creative ownership, including concepting, art direction, and production of finished assets.
  • Strong instinct for messaging that turns a product story into demand.
  • Ability to work self-directed and efficiently within a ~10 hour/week commitment.
  • Comfort delivering high-quality work on a part-time contract schedule over a few months.
  • Experience marketing health, wellness, consumer hardware, or early-stage/startup products (preferred).
  • Comfort designing creative intended for A/B testing and rapid iteration (preferred).

Benefits

  • Pay range of $100-$110 per hour.
  • Part-time contract role of roughly 10 hours per week.
  • Fully remote work with in-person attendance optional.
  • Contractor employment through a third-party staffing company.
  • Certain employee benefits may be available through the staffing company after meeting minimum criteria.
