Description

  • Collaborate with other engineers across all aspects of the product.
  • Own feature delivery in horizontally scalable messaging pipelines.
  • Ensure UI details and user experience quality, including polished front-end implementation.
  • Explore and contribute ideas for product evolution, including features involving large language models (LLMs).
  • Work closely with customers and users to understand their environments and incorporate feedback into the product.
  • Communicate clearly with users about the product and its behavior.
  • Refine work based on real-world usage and direct customer input.
  • Contribute to a startup environment where changes have visible impact on users and the product.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building scalable and observable SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, or the ability and willingness to quickly learn and master it.
  • A commitment to kind engineering and writing well-documented, modular code.
  • A keen eye for detail, especially when reviewing pull requests.
  • Genuine interest in understanding user needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and bring positive energy to the team.
  • Curiosity and a strong drive to keep improving.
