Description

  • Manage support requests across email, phone, and chat channels.
  • Conduct troubleshooting calls, chats, and emails to resolve client issues.
  • Interface with Product and Engineering teams to meet user needs and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain the Help Center / Knowledge Base to support self-service.
  • Report on user interaction data using support tools such as Zendesk.
  • Recommend software and process improvements based on client feedback and support trends.
  • Track client issues and resolutions through the support process.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver white glove service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a support role.
  • Prior knowledge of customer support and help desk environments preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage competing requests.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong telephone/email etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport and use empathy effectively with clients.
  • Comfort using data to inform process improvements.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with high energy and technical acumen.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk or related help desk software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, concise answers.
