Description

  • Build and own scalable SaaS applications end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data layers.
  • Design future-ready architectures and proactively address gaps before they become issues.
  • Drive system availability, performance, and reliability across the stack.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve reliability issues in production systems.
  • Champion shift-left testing with unit, integration, and contract tests throughout development.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering judgment and code correctness.
  • Lead high-quality code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and help elevate team-wide engineering quality.
  • Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate across engineering teams to solve complex, high-impact problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production.
  • Strong full-stack experience across frontend, backend, and database layers.
  • Proven experience with React.js on the frontend.
  • Technical depth in at least one area such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, application databases, networking, security, serverless, or event streaming.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.js is a strong plus.
  • A polyglot mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with collaborative idea-sharing across teams.
  • Curiosity, a desire to learn, and an interest in teaching and mentoring others.
