Description

  • Advise customers on how to achieve Positive Business Outcomes through the Firstup platform.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to help customers maximize platform value.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content strategy, employee audiences, governance, and communication planning.
  • Help customers establish a data strategy to track KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Present strategic recommendations to customer stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Develop and execute customer content strategies that drive platform adoption and engagement.
  • Guide publishers on best practices and structured governance for timely, relevant content.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and mitigate risks in enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Presales to demonstrate communications strategy and business impact in support of new business and deal closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in professional services, SaaS customer success, or equivalent communications experience.
  • Experience within an organization with $100M+ in ARR is preferred.
  • Demonstrated client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate internally with multiple teams.
  • Experience developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and customer success.
  • Experience using data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations.
  • Experience owning the full value lifecycle from discovery and diagnostic through post-sale validation.
  • Experience building business cases, ROI models, or value frameworks grounded in customer data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranets, HRIS vendors, employee engagement vendors, or similar platforms is preferred.
