Description

  • Partner with the Chief Business Officer to identify, prioritize, and execute critical growth initiatives.
  • Own strategic projects from initial analysis through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Evaluate new markets, customer segments, products, partnerships, and business models.
  • Conduct market, competitive, customer, and financial analyses and develop business cases.
  • Launch and operationalize new initiatives from 0 to 1.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and establish processes, dashboards, metrics, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Analyze business performance, pipeline, customer behavior, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop models, analyses, and dashboards that support leadership decision-making.
  • Use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve research, execution, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2–3 years of high-impact professional experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, technology, startups, strategy, business operations, or a similar analytical environment.
  • Strong academic background from a leading Indian university, such as an IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS Pilani, Delhi University, or NIT.
  • Exceptional creative, analytical, structured problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
  • Ability to work with data, financial models, business cases, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior executives.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities with attention to detail.
  • Technology-savvy and curious about applying AI and emerging technology to business operations and growth.
  • Experience working in or closely with high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, and willingness to build and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours and be based in India.
