Description

  • Create and review AI-generated images and videos against established quality standards.
  • Verify product details, branding, colors, dimensions, features, scripts, captions, claims, and on-screen text for accuracy.
  • Assess visual realism, audio quality, voice synchronization, and naturalness while identifying artifacts and inconsistencies.
  • Document issues clearly and coordinate corrections or content regeneration.
  • Conduct multiple quality-assurance rounds before publication.
  • Track deliverables throughout generation, review, revision, upload, approval, publication, and playlist assignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality issues, revisions, approvals, and completed content in project management tools.
  • Help meet production goals, deadlines, and client delivery expectations.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to report progress, blockers, quality issues, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle visual, audio, and content-quality issues.
  • Strong judgment when evaluating AI-generated content against quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of content simultaneously.
  • Comfort learning and using multiple internal platforms and AI-powered content tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Previous experience is not required.
  • Experience in content quality assurance, content operations, content production, e-commerce content, digital media, or AI-generated content is preferred.
  • Based in the Philippines and able to work hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time.
