Description

  • Design and build iOS features for cash-flow management, payments, card controls, and AI-powered accounting automation.
  • Own features end to end, from product discovery and technical solution design through release, analytics, and customer issue resolution.
  • Build polished, responsive interfaces using UIKit and SwiftUI.
  • Drive technical decisions and communicate trade-offs and constraints with product managers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain high engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and mobile security practices.
  • Collaborate with Backend, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product colleagues in a cross-functional domain team.
  • Mentor engineers and improve team tooling, processes, and mobile development practices.
  • Use and improve AI-assisted, spec-driven development practices and shared engineering standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience with strong Swift expertise.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
  • Practical experience with VIPER architecture and the Coordinator navigation pattern.
  • Excellent UIKit knowledge and experience with, or strong interest in, SwiftUI.
  • Experience building layouts in code with SnapKit or similar tools.
  • Ability to write unit and UI tests.
  • Experience with Git/GitLab, including setting up and maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
  • Hands-on daily use of agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including evaluating AI-generated output with tests, linters, and code review.
  • Clear English communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fintech experience, mobile security expertise, iOS performance optimization, App Store releases, and deeper agentic engineering experience are preferred.
