Description

  • Design and build new iOS application features used by business owners across Europe.
  • Develop solutions for multi-account cash flow management, banking transactions, payments, card issuance, activation, and controls.
  • Build AI-powered accounting automation features.
  • Create polished, responsive user interfaces using UIKit and SwiftUI.
  • Own code quality, performance, stability, automated testing, and thorough code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, Product, Mobile, and ML/AI teammates to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive technical and architectural decisions within the domain and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, development tooling, and mobile engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and raise the team's engineering quality bar.

Requirements

  • Strong Swift knowledge and at least 3 years of commercial iOS development experience.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Practical experience with VIPER architecture and the Coordinator navigation pattern.
  • Excellent UIKit knowledge and experience with, or willingness to develop, SwiftUI skills.
  • Experience building layouts in code using SnapKit or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitLab, including setting up and using GitLab CI/CD.
  • Ability to write unit and UI tests.
  • Clear English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fintech or financial-product experience and knowledge of mobile security best practices (preferred).
  • Experience optimizing iOS UI performance with Instruments, XCTest, or similar tools; familiarity with AI agents, LLM tools, AI-assisted IDEs, and safe verification of AI-generated code (preferred).
