Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for MM operations, including purchasing, inventory, vendor master data, and invoice verification.
  • Identify root causes across workstreams and resolve operational issues independently using structured analysis.
  • Own and evolve FINN’s procure-to-pay process end to end, from purchase requisition through goods receipt to invoice posting.
  • Ensure tight integration between procurement processes and FI-AP.
  • Monitor and improve procurement workflows so they align with SAP Global Standards and Clean Core principles.
  • Document best practices for lean development and system usage to support and enable the team.
  • Drive technical solutions within larger business projects, including initial design, integration, and deployment.
  • Support the strategic re-implementation of standard procure-to-pay at FINN.
  • Design modern integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform to connect S/4HANA with procurement platforms and internal tools.
  • Challenge existing processes and identify configuration, release strategy, or automation opportunities that improve requester and approver experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.
  • Solid understanding of MM-FI integration, including automatic account determination, GR/IR, tax handling, and asset accounting.
  • Experience with MM-SD touchpoints.
  • Proven experience with interface design in SAP Integration Suites, including CPI and BTP.
  • Experience in full-cycle implementations or major rollouts, ideally including a procure-to-pay or procurement rollout.
  • Ability to move between deep technical tasks and high-level project management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with procurement, finance, and cross-functional tech teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach with comfort in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
  • Experience in product development and Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of adjacent systems in the data chain, such as DWH and automation tools, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
