Description

Own end-to-end customer-facing web applications for discovery, booking, and fleet expansion.
Optimize discovery and checkout journeys to improve onboarding success and booking conversion rates.
Turn feature briefs and early concepts into live production features quickly and effectively.
Run experiments and A/B tests to validate new product initiatives and compare vehicle configurations.
Own the testing, deployment, and monitoring of frontend and serverless systems.
Apply a build-it, run-it approach to keep systems clean, reliable, and maintainable.
Leverage AI workflows and agent orchestration to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and user experience.
Collaborate with product and design as a strategic partner focused on solving user problems.
Work with a high degree of autonomy in an early-stage, fast-moving growth environment.

Requirements

Deep frontend and full-stack experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Strong foundation in automated testing.
A product mindset with experience partnering with product and design teams.
Hands-on experience with modern AI methodologies and developer tools such as MCP, Skills, or agent orchestration.
Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment (nice to have).
Knowledge of growth experimentation practices, onboarding flow optimization, and product analytics tools (nice to have).
