Description

  • Manage the goal-setting process and track progress against company goals, escalating and addressing deviations with leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by helping define OKRs.
  • Conduct research and synthesize recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure employees have access to the right information at the right time to improve clarity and decision quality.
  • Experiment with data and analysis to develop business recommendations.
  • Help plan and build content for company-wide all-hands meetings and offsites.
  • Partner with leaders to drive adoption of the company-wide operating system and continuous process improvement.
  • Create processes that improve knowledge sharing and remote work practices across the organization.
  • Own and improve Notion as the company’s single source of truth.
  • Support critical operational needs wherever help is required.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations.
  • Must be located in the US or Canada.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, proactiveness, and rigor.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and effective written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
  • Analytical thinking and a track record of using data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and approach problems proactively as a quick learner.
  • Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, plus a habit of experimenting and sharing learnings.
  • Proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Authorized to work from the home location; Fingerprint does not sponsor visas.
  • Relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions may affect final offer amount.
