Description

Provide constructive input and feedback to leaders and team members.
Lead projects and initiatives independently or collaboratively as needed.
Develop applications using .NET, C#, Redis, OpenSearch, AWS, and other cloud-native technologies.
Perform routine maintenance and support for Filevine's applications.
Ensure software quality by optimizing performance and reliability.
Lead initiatives for software and process improvement.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
Conduct detailed and constructive code reviews.

Requirements

7-10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Highly proficient in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
This role is 80% backend and 20% frontend.
Experience with .NET WebAPI development.
Solid, hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
Experience with cloud services and source control systems such as GitHub.
Experience with vector databases such as Zilliz (nice to have).
Experience with OpenSearch (nice to have).
Experience with graph databases such as Neo4J (nice to have).
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude or Cursor (nice to have).

Benefits

Base salary range of $160,000 to $230,000.
