Description

Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through implementation, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design specifications.
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, review design work, and help establish team best practices.
Participate in and occasionally lead user research to validate design decisions and gather insights.
Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify opportunities to improve existing features and experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills, problem-solving ability, and experience with complex workflows.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of design systems and familiarity with front-end development principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Experience designing for professional users and complex workflows.
Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.

Benefits

Base salary of $150,000 - $175,000.
