Description

  • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through implementation, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and design specifications.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, accessible solutions aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, review design work, and help establish team best practices.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead user research to validate design decisions and gather insights.
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify opportunities to improve existing features and experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills, problem-solving ability, and experience with complex workflows.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of design systems and familiarity with front-end development principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience designing for professional users and complex workflows.
  • Familiarity with legal processes is a plus.
