Description

  • Facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor for all participants.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for attendees, including muted audio and screen sharing problems.
  • Help ensure transcript quality by maintaining optimal audio conditions for transcription software.
  • Administer oaths and manage on-the-record and off-the-record transitions during proceedings.
  • Complete procedural steps needed to support a smooth legal process.
  • Work from provided scripts and procedural forms accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a composed, professional presence throughout each proceeding.

Requirements

  • Active Notary Public license in the state listed in the job posting.
  • Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Video-enabled computer with the necessary software capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generally accommodate standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
  • Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software.
  • Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Must be a resident notary in the specific state named in the job title.
