Description

  • Support the formation and ongoing maintenance of general partners and their funds across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with legal partners to prepare fund formation and governance agreements.
  • Work on fund operational matters from formation through governance and compliance.
  • Help manage and maintain client fund accounts and relationships.
  • Support the company’s SaaS platform for venture capital firms as it evolves.
  • Contribute to legal and operational problem-solving across a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborate closely with general partners, legal partners, and internal teammates on day-to-day fund operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in legal or fund operations performing legal work.
  • Experience performing legal work under attorney supervision.
  • Paralegal and legal/fund operations background.
  • Strong professional phone and videoconferencing presence.
  • High digital literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, intuition, and composure in high-stress situations.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to develop logical solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing, flexible, and adaptable environment.
  • U.S.-based remote candidates only.
  • Nice to have: 2+ years of venture capital experience.
  • Nice to have: experience in a startup, incubator, startup financings, or SaaS.
  • Nice to have: multilingual ability.
