Description

  • Capture and deliver accurate, verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings.
  • Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts.
  • Manage proceedings with punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and compliance with jurisdictional procedural rules.
  • Mark and manage exhibits during proceedings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.
  • Submit completed transcript files within the required turnaround time.
  • Submit invoices for prompt payment.

Requirements

  • Current Missouri Certified Court Reporter certificate (CCR) from the MO Board of Certified Court Reporters is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate transcripts on deadline.
  • Experience with CAT software such as Case CATalyst, Eclipse, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with related digital tools used in court reporting.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-service mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
  • Experience working with attorneys, witnesses, and clients in legal proceedings.
