Description

  • Advise customers on Filevine configurations and customized workflows aligned with firm structures.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop training, documentation, and self-service resources.
  • Lead feature rollouts and process improvements to increase platform adoption and return on investment.
  • Maintain expertise on Filevine’s product roadmap, including LEX, milestones, and platform updates.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows while maintaining data integrity and user productivity.
  • Audit business processes to identify inefficiencies and align digital tools with operational objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage platform updates, and support organizational change.
  • Provide technical support and train legal staff on effective platform use.

Requirements

  • Hands-on administration experience with Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and client service standards.
  • Proficiency managing SaaS ecosystems, system integrations, and end-to-end process automation.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for user training, technical support, and change management.
  • Experience solving complex technical problems and driving platform adoption.
  • Experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client offices five days per week.
  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Benefits
