Description

  • Advise customers on Filevine configurations and customized workflows aligned with organizational structures.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and develop training, documentation, and self-service resources.
  • Lead feature rollouts and process improvements to increase platform adoption and value.
  • Maintain expertise in Filevine’s product roadmap, including LEX, milestones, and updates.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows to preserve data integrity and user productivity.
  • Audit business processes, identify inefficiencies, and align digital tools with operational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and support organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Hands-on administration experience with Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and client service standards.
  • Experience managing SaaS ecosystems, integrations, and end-to-end process automation.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for user training, technical support, and change management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, drive technology adoption, and empower legal teams.
  • Experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to client offices five times per week.
  • Ability to travel throughout the San Diego and Los Angeles area.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $80,000–$95,000.
