Description

  • Act as a strategic analytical partner to senior leadership and executive management.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, leadership-level recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance, efficiency, and value capture.
  • Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis in Jupyter Notebooks to diagnose trends and test hypotheses.
  • Build and maintain interactive reporting tools using Python, Streamlit, and BigQuery-connected Google Sheets.
  • Gather, clean, and model data from multiple sources using Python, SQL, and dbt.
  • Integrate secure AI-assisted tools and workflow automation to speed up analytical work.
  • Review SQL queries, Python scripts, and analytical methodologies to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate across business units to execute on analytical recommendations and strategy changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical, decision science, or advanced business intelligence role.
  • Proven experience influencing senior management and executive decision-making.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, challenge, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
  • Proficiency with Python for data manipulation, visualization, and building lightweight data applications, including Pandas, NumPy, and Streamlit.
  • Proficiency with SQL and dbt for data modeling, plus experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Expert-level experience using Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory data analysis and statistical validation.
  • Experience using modern, secure AI tools and developer workflow automation to accelerate coding, debugging, and analytics.
  • Experience leveraging Google Sheets connected directly to cloud data warehouses for business-facing reporting.
  • Strong understanding of consumer tech business metrics such as LTV, retention, CAC, ARR, margin, and cohort analysis.
  • Familiarity with secure data handling and customer data privacy best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical approaches that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Prior experience using Git for version control and code collaboration.
  • Prior experience in financial planning, fintech, or consumer technology is preferred.
