Description

  • Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings per day and guide members toward actionable financial decisions.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with members in a remote setting.
  • Provide holistic planning guidance that integrates investments within broader life and money decisions.
  • Partner with Trading and Investment Operations teams to manage portfolios and tax strategies.
  • Give feedback to improve proprietary planning tools and workflows.
  • Manage your calendar and time efficiently to deliver an organized member experience.
  • Adapt to the pace and demands of a scaling firm while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

  • CFP® designation is required.
  • 3+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
  • Exceptional written communication and typing skills with strong speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional time and calendar management skills.
  • Availability to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week.
  • Must reside in the U.S.; MST or PST time zones are preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote, high-volume member-facing role.
  • Experience embracing technology and AI-driven tools is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly in a virtual environment.
  • Process-oriented and adaptable in a changing, fast-moving organization.
