Description

  • Review incoming member messages and assess urgency and next steps when Senior Planners are out of office.
  • Serve as the primary planner for a small group of members throughout the full planning process.
  • Synthesize member needs and coordinate with Trading and Investment Operations on solutions and tax strategies.
  • Develop expertise in the proprietary, AI-enabled technology stack to create comprehensive financial plans.
  • Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and internal tools.
  • Manage calendar and time effectively to deliver an efficient, high-quality member experience.
  • Build trusted relationships with members and help them take action on unbiased recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal support teams to reduce administrative burden and focus on advice delivery.

Requirements

  • CFP® designation required.
  • 1+ years of member-facing financial planning experience.
  • Effective follow-up and strong written communication skills, including typing proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members.
  • Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools quickly.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment and embracing technology and AI-driven tools.
  • Process-oriented mindset and adaptability in a changing industry.
