Description

  • Design and maintain infrastructure that powers AI features, including vector database management, model deployment pipelines, and secure integrations with LLM providers.
  • Build and evolve internal platforms with a focus on self-service, automation, and reducing cognitive load for internal teams.
  • Develop and secure scalable serverless and event-driven systems in a 100% cloud-native environment.
  • Implement automated security guardrails within CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
  • Lead identity and IAM architecture to enforce least-privilege access across systems.
  • Build automated compliance checks into Terraform-based infrastructure processes.
  • Develop and enforce guardrails for the internal AI platform, including data privacy, cost controls, and ethical usage monitoring.
  • Automate environment provisioning, incident response, and performance monitoring to support a manual-is-a-bug culture.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in a Platform, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering role.
  • Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP, with a strong focus on serverless architectures.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Terraform and a policy-as-code mindset.
  • Practical experience designing IAM architectures and implementing automated security scanning/compliance in CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js for custom tooling and integrations.
  • Experience supporting production AI workflows, such as Pinecone, LangChain, or OpenAI API integrations, preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern AuthN/AuthZ protocols and providers such as Okta, Auth0, or AWS IAM Identity Center, preferred.
  • Experience building or maintaining high-scale event buses and asynchronous messaging systems, preferred.
  • Experience treating the platform as a product with a focus on improving Developer Experience (DX), preferred.
  • This role requires experience in a Kubernetes-free, serverless/FaaS environment.
