Description

  • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, customer success, and operations teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership and steering committees.
  • Prevent and control scope through change control processes.
  • Prepare internal and external project reporting on timelines, budget, PnL, and NPS.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
  • Lead the contracting process with customers who select EXUS as a preferred vendor.
  • Manage negotiations with a hands-on approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in software development projects.
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
  • Experience in banking projects is highly appreciated.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests, including managing two projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid development methodologies.
  • Open and transparent communication style with the ability to surface and champion difficult issues.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually, provided there are no travel restrictions.
