Description

  • Own the enterprise identity strategy for Extreme Platform ONE in a hybrid human-and-agent operating model.
  • Define architectural standards, governance rules, and enforcement mechanisms for identity-related changes.
  • Create and maintain the identity and access governance framework, including rule engine, quality review, SLA enforcement, and compliance.
  • Define and evolve the agent-enabled identity model with boundaries, escalation paths, and trust controls.
  • Own the product roadmap for identity capabilities including provisioning, token lifecycle, audit trails, API scoping, and multi-tenant isolation.
  • Define identity SLAs covering availability, performance, consistency, observability, and escalation response times.
  • Write product requirements and user stories for identity capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering and design on solutions that account for human-agent boundaries.
  • Lead phased rollout and adoption planning, including beta programs, feature flags, rollback readiness, and escalation testing.
  • Conduct enterprise customer discovery and serve as the voice of the customer for identity and access control.
  • Coordinate roadmap dependencies across platform, infrastructure, security, and AI/agent teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, networking, security, or platform infrastructure.
  • Deep IAM and identity expertise, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC, token lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, multi-tenant boundary enforcement, and audit trails.
  • Experience shipping platform products where cross-team governance and architectural decisions had broad impact.
  • Strong architectural thinking and ability to read technical specs and understand distributed system tradeoffs.
  • Understanding of autonomous agent systems and concepts such as capability binding, intent constraints, graduated trust, behavior drift detection, and human escalation.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers and understanding compliance and audit requirements.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
  • Experience building products that scale to millions of users/devices and thousands of enterprise tenants.
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where the role will be performed.
