Description

  • Manage client inquiries across email, live chat, and phone within defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Provide customer support by identifying client needs and resolving issues with a tailored approach.
  • Liaise with internal teams to solve complex inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s product and the broader industry.
  • Represent the company positively in all client interactions.
  • Contribute to side projects such as FAQ maintenance and internal documentation.
  • Share client feedback and suggestions with the line manager regularly.

Requirements

  • Financial markets and industry knowledge.
  • Previous experience in a brokerage or investment company.
  • Professional-level fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong client-focused service skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical principles.
