Description

  • Lead project delivery efforts and own overall planning and project management for client engagements.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage delivery operations and overall service delivery for assigned projects.
  • Oversee contract operations, transition activities, finance, and leadership to support high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, targets, and deadlines are met in line with contract and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation point for delivery-related issues.
  • Work with transition teams and client stakeholders to resolve transition issues quickly.
  • Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders and proactively address their needs.
  • Lead best-practice sharing sessions to improve team delivery.
  • Manage internal and external technical resources and forecast project costs and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 10 years of industry-specific experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of monitoring, ticketing, and management platform infrastructures.
  • Strong IT technical and project management skills with excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications.
