Description

  • Support customer rollouts by performing product demos, installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on field units.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while assessing needs and resolving questions or concerns.
  • Perform onsite break/fix work and preventative maintenance at customer locations and strategic venues.
  • Document service activity in reports and complete required administrative tasks such as expenses, work orders, and RMAs.
  • Coordinate with teammates, sales executives, customer success managers, operations, engineering, and management.
  • Train customer employees, security staff, new personnel, and third-party service providers on product use and operation.
  • Manage time effectively to complete assigned work orders and respond to customer needs across varied schedules.
  • Lead special event support activities at large venues such as sports stadiums.
  • Learn and use internal systems and processes for inventory management, invoicing, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Experience or ability to learn technical training on products, tools, equipment, and field software.
  • Understanding of hardware and software components of technical products.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-lasting client relationships and provide strong customer service.
  • Ability to complete administrative work such as expenses, work orders, and RMAs.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%–80% of the time, with approximately 75%–85% regional travel for this role.
