Description

  • Support the design and execution of LMIC pilots by managing workstreams, coordinating partners, and tracking deliverables.
  • Develop research memos, slide decks, strategy briefings, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with government counterparts, AI labs, researchers, and implementing partners.
  • Experiment with AI tools and approaches to prototype solutions and test hypotheses.
  • Drive project management across multiple workstreams, including trackers, action items, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct evidence reviews, cost-effectiveness analyses, landscape scans, expert interviews, and technical scoping to inform program strategy.
  • Bridge researchers, AI labs, implementing partners, and government stakeholders to translate frontier AI research into scalable solutions.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve program operations and broader organizational function.
  • Learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience driving measurable impact at speed and scale.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a program, product, or initiative to reach 100,000+ people within 12-18 months.
  • Demonstrated success improving a key metric by 20%+ within 12-18 months.
  • Experience leading rapid iteration cycles that moved from pilot to scaled implementation in under 2 years.
  • Experience operating in environments where decisions are made on data within weeks, not quarters.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights from diverse data sources.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Interest in international development, global health, or adjacent fields, with familiarity with evidence-based interventions and cost-effectiveness preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking initiative in a high-trust, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with coding or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work legally in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-30% to partner countries.
