Description

  • Develop detailed run-of-shows and production timelines for each activation.
  • Lead full activation setup, including site preparation, equipment installation, and brand environment creation.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time during activations to keep events running smoothly.
  • Maintain premium brand standards and consumer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Manage breakdown and site restoration after events, leaving venues in good condition.
  • Document activation performance through photos, consumer feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager or Director of Events & Partnerships on market strategy and activation priorities.
  • Manage storage, inventory, equipment maintenance, and transportation logistics for activation assets.
  • Track event expenses and prepare post-activation reporting and analysis.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage production assistants to support activation success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or activation management.
  • CPG, beverage, wellness, or agency experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple activations and deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with vendors, venues, and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, timelines, and complex logistics.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable transportation preferred.
  • Remote role with preferred locations in Austin, Dallas, Miami, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, NYC, Brooklyn, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago.
