Description

  • Design intuitive, conversion-focused web experiences that scale across the product portfolio.
  • Build and document Figma components and patterns that reflect the refreshed brand and support the design system.
  • Deliver high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and production-ready design specifications.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand partners to shape solutions and ship impactful work.
  • Conduct usability tests, synthesize user feedback, and iterate designs based on observed behavior.
  • Help define polished visual design across typography, spacing, color, motion, and interaction details.
  • Contribute to work spanning web design, brand design, and design systems.
  • Present work clearly, incorporate feedback, and communicate proactively across functions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing for web and mobile.
  • An inspiring portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design and strong craft.
  • Deep visual design expertise, including typography, color, spacing, and motion.
  • Experience contributing to and working within Figma component libraries and design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools or platforms.
  • Comfort adopting AI tools into the design process.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting work and collaborating across teams.
  • Healthcare or healthtech experience is preferred.
  • E-commerce or conversion-focused design experience is preferred.
  • Motion design, video, startup, or presentation design experience is a plus.
