Description

  • Build scalable web applications using React.js and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Deliver features end-to-end by writing clean, scalable code and contributing hands-on to development.
  • Use AI developer tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, prototyping, and documentation.
  • Translate Figma designs into responsive web and mobile user interfaces while maintaining design consistency.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize frontend applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve production issues with minimal customer impact.
  • Support quality engineering practices through unit, widget, and end-to-end testing.
  • Work within a fast-paced Agile environment and contribute to continuous delivery.
  • Take ownership of impactful features and contribute to the team’s technical evolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of frontend or mobile development experience in fast-paced Agile environments.
  • Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices.
  • Hands-on experience building production-grade Flutter apps using Dart.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and state management.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services, including JSON handling and data flow management.
  • Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, performance optimization, debugging tools, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Firebase, or DevTools.
  • Familiarity with deployment processes for the App Store and Play Store, and with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture and component-based design systems.
  • Experience using Figma for developer handoff and UI implementation.
  • Strong experience using AI developer tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor for coding, testing, debugging, and optimization.
