Description

  • Develop, implement, and oversee information security, IT risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Advise on security strategy, policies, standards, architecture, resilience, and operational security requirements.
  • Maintain the Information Security Management Framework and translate business objectives into security controls.
  • Establish and monitor governance, risk, compliance, audit, and reporting processes.
  • Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments, IT audits, and business continuity planning.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, documentation, and operational guidelines.
  • Lead enterprise-wide security initiatives and promote consistent security standards and awareness.
  • Provide technical leadership in resolving complex security issues and implementing controls.
  • Manage industrial and personnel security clearance processes and liaise with security authorities.
  • Advise on emerging cybersecurity risks, technologies, and best practices for strategic technology planning.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a relevant discipline and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience spanning risk management, information security, and IT.
  • Experience managing contracts, vendors, and managed-services procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies and virtualized environments.
  • Experience in Agile software development and DevSecOps environments.
  • Strong knowledge of information security, risk management, and business continuity frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Professional security management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
