Description

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team on business analysis activities.
  • Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead workshops and support decision-making processes with client teams.
  • Perform software testing and contribute to quality assurance activities.
  • Deliver user training and provide 3rd-level support for incoming requests.
  • Maintain project and product documentation.
  • Participate in project management and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in computer science, a scientific field, or economics.
  • Experience in requirement engineering, software testing, support, and/or software development.
  • Fluency in German at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong motivation, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of UML is an asset.
  • Knowledge of XML/XSD is an asset.
  • Knowledge of SQL is an asset.
  • Experience or familiarity with usability and accessibility is an asset.
  • Readiness to travel to client sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for workshops.
