Description

  • Lead the Stock Admin function autonomously, defining its scope, vision, and measurable goals aligned with company and talent strategy
  • Oversee and coach a globally distributed equity administration team, providing clear guidance and enabling their success
  • Determine and own the Stock Admin operating model, including vendor strategy and global scalable playbooks to prevent single points of failure
  • Proactively identify, optimize, and document global equity policies and processes to support long-term growth and scalability
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor and subject matter expert on complex equity situations and compliance obligations
  • Lead complex cross-functional collaborations with Legal, Corporate Tax, Accounting, Finance, Investor Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, People Partners, Benefits, and Compensation to design and implement equity program enhancements
  • Ensure global tax compliance by partnering with tax teams on reporting and anticipating regulatory changes
  • Lead large, complex global equity projects end-to-end (including M&A advisory), including scoping, budgeting, and managing cross-dependencies
  • Act as the ultimate point of escalation for Stock Admin-related challenges
  • Use data analysis and stakeholder feedback to make equity-related recommendations that consider user experience, cost, and ROI, and drive communication plans for regulatory or policy changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in global equity management and administration
  • 3+ years leading the equity function and managing a distributed team
  • CEP Level 3 designation (required)
  • Proven experience managing global external providers such as vendors and consultants
  • Strong knowledge of global equity laws, regulations, and processes
  • Experience with Shareworks, Morgan Stanley, and/or E*Trade (preferred)
  • Experience scaling equity programs at fast-growing private and public companies (preferred)
  • Deep subject matter expertise across multiple equity areas and ability to independently resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and large projects, including scoping, budgeting, and cross-dependency management
  • Demonstrated literacy in AI concepts and applications (preferred)

Benefits

  • US national base salary range: $165,400 - $225,000 (base pay only; actual pay varies by location, skills, and experience)
  • Compensation package may include bonus, equity, and other benefits (details not included in base range)
  • Remote-eligible role (#LI-Remote)
