Description

  • Implement new processes and strengthen financial controls to support a complex and growing business.
  • Own and drive financial planning and budgeting processes, including resource allocation decisions.
  • Develop and monitor key financial performance metrics and corporate reporting for the Board and Executive Team.
  • Build and maintain company-level KPI tracking, performance-to-plan reporting, and budget versus actual variance analysis.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, and Adaptive.
  • Lead high-impact strategic and operational analyses on unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, core business expansion, and new opportunities.
  • Provide business analytics and insights that support decision-making and company leadership.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate strategic initiatives and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Support the scaling and improvement of corporate finance functions across the business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience at publicly traded companies or late-stage pre-IPO companies preferred.
  • Experience in investment banking and/or private equity or growth equity is a plus.
  • Best-in-class Excel skills and extensive experience building financial models and quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience building and leading finance teams.
  • Experience building new processes in an enterprise financial planning system such as Adaptive or Anaplan.
  • Strong critical thinking, sound business judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Deep understanding of valuation methods and strong working knowledge of GAAP.
  • SQL knowledge is a nice-to-have.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $128,000 to $226,000.
  • Bonus and equity eligibility in addition to base salary.
