Description

  • Own the product analytics charter across multiple high-impact product lines.
  • Identify the highest-leverage questions and build frameworks to answer them.
  • Bring clear, actionable recommendations to product and executive leadership.
  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop a team of product analysts.
  • Set standards for analytical rigor, hiring, and coaching across the team.
  • Own experimentation strategy across product areas, including design, guardrails, and interpretation.
  • Measure and influence business outcomes such as conversion, retention, and revenue per lead.
  • Validate, sharpen, and train AI-generated analytical output to ensure quality.
  • Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and executive leadership on growth decisions.
  • Surface cross-product patterns, strategic bets, and opportunities that siloed analysis may miss.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments.
  • 3+ years managing product analysts, with experience hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis.
  • Strong SQL foundations and comfort working across the modern analytics stack, including Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, and Mode.
  • Daily use of AI tools, with clear judgment about where they help and where human review is required.
  • Ability to frame problems proactively, build answers without waiting for a spec, and influence what gets built.
  • Experience communicating clearly to both executives and technical partners, including writing, presenting, and knowing when to use Slack versus a slide deck.
  • Track record of changing product decisions, not just reporting on shipped work.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $184,000 to $324,000 annually.
