Description

  • Build and scale the corporate finance function by implementing new processes and improving financial controls.
  • Own financial planning and budgeting processes, including resource allocation and growth planning.
  • Develop and monitor key financial performance metrics and reporting for the Board of Directors and Executive Team.
  • Support budget vs. actual variance analysis, company KPI tracking, and performance-to-plan reporting.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting and planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, and Adaptive.
  • Drive strategic and operational analyses on unit economics, customer acquisition, operations, business expansion, and new opportunities.
  • Provide business analytics and insights to support decision-making across cross-functional partners and company leadership.
  • Play a key role in capital raise activities and manage investor and lender engagement.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to evaluate strategic initiatives and support executive decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
  • Preferred experience includes 2+ years at publicly traded companies or late-stage pre-IPO companies.
  • Investment banking and/or private equity or growth equity experience is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills with extensive experience building financial models and quantitative analyses.
  • Experience building new processes in enterprise financial planning systems such as Adaptive or Anaplan.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while taking ownership from day one.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of valuation methods and working knowledge of GAAP.
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $109,000 to $192,000 per year.
  • Eligible for additional bonus compensation.
