Description

Serve as the internal point of contact for key externally launching projects and partnerships.
Support the launch and management of initiatives, partnerships, and product features across functions.
Communicate directly with external users and partners across operational and commercial contexts.
Assist the COO in managing operational approval and consensus workflows.
Analyze business and market information to support decision-making across trading, business development, and other teams.
Coordinate with core collaborators on product development and launch execution.
Monitor risk metrics related to the exchange launch.
Take meetings and collaborate across multiple time zones as needed.

Requirements

Proven ability to work cross-functionally without relying heavily on hierarchy or process to achieve outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences, forums, and formats.
Strong background in offshore digital asset exchange derivatives risk engines and product suites.
Track record of creating, coordinating, and delivering projects with clear success metrics.
Ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize initiatives to drive business outcomes.
Comfort with sourcing, cleaning, transforming, and communicating business insights to internal audiences.
Existing relationships with a wide variety of exchange user profiles and empathy for their workflows and feedback.
Comfort engaging directly with important users in all market scenarios.
Flexibility to work across many time zones.
Experience in product management is required; relevant background in operations or exchanges is strongly implied.
