Description

  • Maintain project expenditure databases, cost estimates, and financial projections.
  • Review financial and project data for accuracy.
  • Lead biweekly budget review meetings and prepare related documentation and reports.
  • Update contract-year spending information monthly.
  • Track project charging, contract spending, subcontract budgets, and team performance metrics.
  • Manage project documentation and collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Support marketing, business development, proposal, and process improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to internal databases and communication tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, budget tracking, or operations.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA; transcripts required for applicants with fewer than four years of experience.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of fundamental data management concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts or working in a technical or engineering organization is preferred.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Non-local candidates must be available during core hours of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. ET.
