Description

  • Coordinate intake, documentation, prioritization, and routing of financial systems requests.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business needs, scope, priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.
  • Support projects through discovery, planning, testing, implementation, stabilization, and handoff to ongoing support.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, decision logs, and implementation checklists.
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers; escalate concerns when needed.
  • Translate business needs into requirements, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate investigation and resolution of system and process issues with functional and technical teams.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, process validation, training, and user adoption.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, training materials, knowledge-base content, and lessons learned while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting business operations, finance, accounting, technology, or project-related work preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on commitments.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Experience with project or service management platforms such as Monday.com, SolarWinds, Freshservice, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of project coordination and Agile or Scrum practices.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, financial applications, software implementations, integrations, requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, or change adoption preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for integrations, branch visits, training, and go-live events; must pass a background check, with drug testing required for some roles.
