Description

  • Support vendor partners on site by making status calls and serving as the first level of escalation.
  • Track technician status, ensure technicians are on schedule, and help confirm deadlines are met.
  • Verify technicians have the necessary equipment, materials, tools, and site access to perform the work.
  • Review deliverables before technicians are released and oversee site status documentation.
  • Prioritize issues and make decisions based on customer expectations, business impact, and service level agreements.
  • Track issues, tasks, and action items with vendor partners and coordinate related follow-up with the team.
  • Document support and coordination activities in various systems.
  • Provide project plan updates, weekly status reports, and project reporting to project managers and customers.
  • Attend project meetings when directed and contribute analysis and recommendations on issues.
  • Coordinate deliverables and status handoffs between technical project coordinator and project management teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with ERP software applications preferred.
  • Prior experience in project coordination preferred.
  • Prior experience using FieldPoint preferred.
  • Ability to work in multiple systems, including FieldPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Ability to accurately track, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and an enthusiastic approach.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $58,000 to $60,000 annually.
