Description

  • Build and ship AI-powered features that improve customer workflows.
  • Use AI to improve internal ways of working, including dev tools and deployments.
  • Work across the stack, from hands-on coding to system design.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and content specialists to deliver ideas.
  • Share knowledge on emerging AI technologies and best practices with the team.
  • Bring curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action to experimentation and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong background in applied AI/ML.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, and generative tools.
  • Proven experience shipping AI features to real customers.
  • Experience in context engineering, including prompts, retrieval pipelines, metadata integration, and memory/state management.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain.
  • Ability to build reliable and maintainable AI systems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Ability to collaborate across product, design, and data teams.
  • Enthusiasm for fast-moving environments where experimentation and iteration are key.
