Description

  • Manage and coordinate 3rd-party service and rehab vendors to prepare listings for sale.
  • Validate asset readiness and resolve on-the-ground issues that affect listing completion.
  • Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related listing documentation.
  • Support real estate pricing specialists with asset pricing and listing preparation.
  • Set up MLS listings and Entera’s disposition management systems.
  • Coordinate the transition of accurate and timely information and documents to the agent selling team.
  • Meet service-level agreements and support Entera’s KPIs consistently.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, field agents, and internal partners handling calls, emails, and requests.
  • Prioritize multiple workstreams, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational workflows, vendor processes, and listing readiness.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, or a licensed Real Estate Agent seeking a transition into coordination/operations.
  • Direct experience working with the MLS, including listing terminology, drafting listings, and managing listing data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment and managing dozens of listings simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for working with vendors, construction teams, field agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and self-directed with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and manage timelines independently.
  • Patient, calm, and professional when handling frequent inbound calls and last-minute requests.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in tech-enabled systems and workflows.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, for data entry and tracking.
  • Must be located in and apply from AZ, FL, or TX.
