Description

  • Design, build, and maintain customer-facing web portals and features across the full stack.
  • Build, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs following best practices for reliability and security.
  • Develop modern frontend features using React and Blazor while supporting and incrementally improving legacy MVC and Knockout.js codebases.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures with a strong focus on performance.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services (including Azure Functions and Blob Storage) and support cloud operations.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and tune performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Modernize and maintain legacy frontend frameworks and support incremental refactors and migrations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience preferred; prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core preferred).
  • Frontend experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript and experience using Blazor for web development.
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and following API best practices.
  • Solid SQL Server knowledge, including writing efficient queries, views, and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with legacy frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC and Knockout.js and experience modernizing legacy applications.
  • Experience with Azure as a cloud platform, including Azure Functions and Blob Storage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps (nice to have).
  • Experience with Docker and containerized application development (nice to have).
  • Exposure to LLMs/AI integrations, observability tools (e.g., Langfuse), or developing Chrome extensions is a plus.
